DiffVue is an excellent program made up of four applications, that lets you synchronize and compare files in a simple and easy way. As its interface is very similar to Windows Explorer, learning to manage the program is quite easy. In a short time you will move around the functions easily.
Although the main function of the program is to compare files (it highlights any differences in a different colour), DiffVue takes advantage of this function to let you synchronize files easily. It is also possible to compare images via two preview windows.
In total DiffVue has four modules:
- DiffVue: synchronize and compare files and folders in your hard drive.
- DiffEditor: does a profound analysis of files, highlighting the changes, and letting you make searches via the use of regular expressions.
- FullVue: it shows in windows different types of files, so you can compare their content simultaneously.
- DiffFTP: it works the same as DiffVue but destined for FTP servers.
